THE WORLD OF AUTISM IN ONE PLACE
The Autism Channel World News is produced every Saturday and is available beginning at 0000 UTC (GMT) on The Autism Channel (available now on Roku and Panasonic Viera Connect). It is available here on our website, on Vimeo, You-Tube and Facebook at 7 AM EST-US.
Anchor Nancy Quiñones, and reporters Deneal Hill, Carl Nubile, Barbara Sharp, Francisco Urena and Tim Yancey cover stories ranging from upcoming events such as conventions, seminars and retreats to research papers, and general news stories of interest to the autism and related communities.
The newscast prominently features items related to science and research, and often features interviews with lead researchers on groundbreaking papers and announces clinical trials. It also covers political news of interest to the community and reports on the meetings of the major government organizations that affect autism policy around the world.
The cast features a ticker-style crawl of upcoming events in the community. If you would like your event considered for inclusion in the crawl, send us information through our web contact form, or at the email address listed at the end of the crawl on the newscast.
